Miso Spicy

I have been using hot sauces for decades, tried umpteen brands. Many are just hot, not that flavorful, These have great flavor and the heat is just right. I probably shouldn’t admit this, but I use them daily on cottage cheese to boost the flavor. I also use these on hamburgers instead of catchup and mustard.

Can't imagine eating ramen without it now, oddly enough I also ejoyed it on pizza. Didn't see that coming with this type of sauce but I'm happy about it!
